Before committing to production, our engineers conduct a DFM review to flag any features that could affect quality, lead time, or cost. We work with customers to optimise the design where needed.
Full CAM programming on the selected machine, followed by a first article inspection against drawing dimensions. Deviations are corrected before production approval.
Production runs are managed against the SLA with in-process dimensional checks at defined intervals. Process capability data is recorded and available on request.
All finished components are inspected against the drawing before release. Certificate of conformance, material certificates, and CMM reports are supplied per customer requirements.
Components are cleaned, protected, and packed to prevent damage in transit. Export packing is available for international shipments. Tracking details shared at time of dispatch.
